From Design Conception to Completion... We Do it All!
The process of a new kitchen or bath remodel can be overwhelming to most people, and it's especially overwhelming to those who are attempting a home remodeling project for the first time.
At Gourmet Galleys & Loos we take the time to really listen to your wants, needs and desires. We then guide you, step by step through the entire process of making the best selections in everything from the layout of the room to cabinet selection to appliances to lighting fixtures in order to achieve your desired results -- while staying on budget. We provide you with all of the options available for your specific project and take the burden of guessing about what to do next off your mind.
First Step:
Complimentary 1st time job site visit where our Designer Kelly Hendricks will answer your question, exchange ideas regarding the scope of your proposed project, educate you on products and materials and discuss budget goals.
Second step: Design Agreement retainer
Welcome aboard! Now the excitement begins.
Third Step: Design Development -
This is the beginning of the design phase and to help us better understand your needs we may ask you to fill out a Kitchen or Bath questionnaire (created by the National Kitchen and Bath Association). Next we will give you a couple of layout options by creating several (to scale) rough draft ideas of your space for you to choose from. Once you have chosen which option you would like to go with we will then input the design layout into our realistic computerized 3D rendering program and create awesome perspective views that will really give you a feel for how your new kitchen or bath will look and feel. The key to this is, that you can actually see what your project is going to look like before anything is even purchase, ordered or built.
Fourth Step:
Meet with you in your home to go over the designs layouts with concept pictures for easy visualization. Consult on cabinetry, wood type, finishes, door style, appliances, sinks, faucets, countertops, flooring, lighting and hardware.
Step Five: Lighting Design
Complete lighting layout with switching, outlets, appliance outlets, lighting placement and specifications are provided for the Electrician's ease of installation.
On the Job:
Now that most of the decisions have been made the remodeling work begins. Our Designer pays close attention to what is going on in your project so that things get done correctly the first time around. She is the liaison between the trade professionals and you, scheduling, providing troubleshooting assistance, overseeing and managing the details of your project.
The Final Step:
Watching your dreams turn into reality!
We will assist you in troubleshooting necessary items on your punch
list to completely finish the project. Ah, alas your ready to move back in!
Voila, now your ready to enjoy your new living space and invite those long awaited guests over for a fabulous meal and fun filled evening of entertaining!
